In Q1 2022, the top io games on iOS in Turkey exhibited varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each of the top 5 games performed, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Snake.io - Fun Online Snake from Kooapps saw weekly downloads fluctuate, peaking at about 12.3K in mid-March and hitting a low of around 5.9K at the end of the quarter. Revenue for the game showed a similar trend, starting at $57 and peaking at $124 at the end of January. Weekly active users started at 34.4K and reached a high of 60.7K at the end of January, before settling at around 44.8K by the end of March.
slither.io by Lowtech Studios LLC experienced a significant drop in weekly downloads, starting at 7K and falling to about 5K by the end of March. Revenue remained negligible with only a brief spike to $13 at the end of February. Weekly active users also saw a decline, beginning at 16.9K and ending Q1 at approximately 17.9K.
wormate.io, published by Oleksandr Godoba, had a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching about 6.9K in early March from an initial 2.7K. Revenue followed a similar upward trend, peaking at $177 at the end of February. Active users showed significant growth, starting at 3.8K and peaking at 13.3K in early March, before ending the quarter at around 10.5K.
WormsZone.io - Hungry Snake by Azur Interactive Games Limited saw weekly downloads rise from 2.2K to around 4.9K by mid-March. Revenue also increased, reaching $230 by the end of March from an initial $17. Active users grew steadily, starting at 17.5K and peaking at 21.1K in mid-March.
Hole.io from Voodoo experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 8.1K in mid-March from an initial 1K. Revenue showed modest gains, reaching $54 in early February from an initial $24. Active users saw a substantial rise, starting at 12.3K and peaking at 29K in mid-March, before ending the quarter at around 21.6K.
