During the first quarter of 2022, the top medical apps on the iOS platform in the United States exhibited diverse trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app performed:

MyChart from Epic had a notable presence with weekly downloads peaking at 159K in the first week of January. However, downloads gradually declined, ending the quarter at approximately 82K. Active users started strong at around 1M in late December but saw a downward trend, closing Q1 at roughly 988K.

GoodRx: Prescription Coupons maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter. Downloads peaked at 73.5K in the week of January 10, before tapering off to about 44K by the end of March. Active users showed a similar pattern, starting at approximately 233K and ending the quarter at around 229K.
