During the first quarter of 2022, the top dating apps in Ukraine showcased varied performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Below is an analysis of the top 5 dating apps based on data from Sensor Tower.
Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date began the quarter with weekly revenue around $26K, peaking at $34K in early February. Downloads showed an upward trend mid-quarter, reaching nearly 13.7K in mid-February. Weekly active users fluctuated, starting at approximately 206K and ending the quarter at around 193K.
Badoo: Dating. Chat. Friends experienced a peak in downloads in late January with close to 24K, while weekly revenue peaked at around $20.7K in mid-January. Active users saw a significant drop from 496K at the beginning of January to about 231K at the end of February, before recovering to 356K by the end of March.
Mamba: Dating, Meet New People saw a decline in weekly revenue, beginning at approximately $11.7K and dropping to around $5.1K by the end of March. Downloads also decreased, starting at about 8.6K and falling to around 4.1K. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 176K and ending at 155K.
PURE: Anonymous Dating App had consistent weekly revenue around $5.5K by the end of the quarter, with a slight peak of $5.9K in mid-March. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging between 1K and 2K. Active users started at 7.2K and ended at around 7K, showing little fluctuation.
Kismia - Meet Singles Nearby maintained steady weekly revenue close to $2.3K by the end of March, with minor fluctuations. Downloads peaked at 6.1K in early January but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 2.4K. Active users started at 7K and ended at approximately 4.4K.
