The first quarter of 2022 saw varied performance trends for the top 5 food and drink apps in Kuwait. This analysis, based on data from Sensor Tower, provides an overview of their weekly downloads and active users.
KFC Kuwait - Order food Online experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting with 6.7K at the end of December 2021 and peaking at 7.9K in mid-January. The app's active users saw a gradual decline from 18K at the beginning of the quarter to around 14.9K by the end of March.
talabat: Food, grocery & more had relatively stable weekly downloads, averaging around 5.6K to 6.7K, with a notable increase to 6.7K in mid-March. The active users fluctuated slightly but remained robust, starting at 107K and ending the quarter at approximately 102.9K.
McDonald’s - Non-US saw consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 4.1K to 5.6K. Active users remained steady, starting at 44.9K and peaking at 46.9K in mid-March before dropping to 42.1K by the end of the quarter.
Get Dukan: Grocery & Food App showed a significant increase in weekly downloads, starting at 3.8K and peaking at 7.1K in late February. Active user data was not available for this period.
Hardee's Kuwait experienced a peak in weekly downloads at 6.4K in mid-January, followed by a gradual decline to 916 by the end of March. Active users remained low but stable, ranging from 289 to 416 throughout the quarter.
