The first quarter of 2022 saw notable performance trends among the top voxel games in the United States. Here’s a detailed breakdown of the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for the leading titles in this category.
Minecraft by Mojang experienced a consistent decline in weekly revenue, starting from approximately $2.3M in late December and dropping to around $1.2M by the end of March. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 176K in the week of February 21, while weekly active users remained relatively stable around 11M to 13M throughout the quarter.
Pixel Gun 3D: Online Shooter from Cubic Games saw a decrease in weekly revenue from $331K in late December to approximately $186K by the end of March. Weekly downloads showed a slight decline, with numbers ranging from 61K at the start of the quarter to approximately 45K at the end. Weekly active users hovered around 433K to 492K, with minor fluctuations.
