During the second quarter of 2022, the top five fast food and fast casual restaurant apps on Android in Italy displayed diverse trends in weekly downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at their performances:
McDonald's saw a notable rise in weekly downloads, peaking at around 36K in the week of May 30. Weekly active users also showed an upward trend, reaching over 1M by the end of June.
Burger King Italia experienced steady weekly downloads, averaging around 11K to 13K throughout the quarter. Their weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 110K.
KFC Italia had consistent weekly downloads, with numbers ranging between 5K and 6K. Weekly active users were steady as well, maintaining around 40K.
McDonald’s Happy Meal App had modest weekly downloads, peaking at 1.6K in early April. The weekly active users for this app stayed within the 5K to 8K range.
McDonald’s Deutschland showed lower download figures compared to other apps, peaking at 1K in the week of June 6. Active users for this app were steady, ending the quarter at around 13K.
