During the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 io games on the Android platform in the Middle East showed varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at their weekly downloads, revenue, and active users:
Snake.io - Fun Snake .io Games from Kooapps Games started the quarter with approximately 83K downloads, experiencing a downward trend to around 47.6K by mid-June before rebounding to 54.5K. Weekly revenue hovered around $100, peaking at $121 in late April and ending the quarter at $81. Active users saw a slight decline from 702.8K to 623.4K.
Worms Zone .io - Hungry Snake by CASUAL AZUR GAMES started strong with 64.9K downloads, but this dropped steadily to 14.7K by the end of June. Weekly revenue peaked at $298 in mid-April but fell to $70 by the end of the quarter. Active users also decreased significantly from 381.1K to 173.4K.
Hole.io from VOODOO saw its downloads drop from 65.4K at the beginning of the quarter to 14.7K by the end. The game's revenue remained relatively stable around $30-$45 weekly, with a peak of $52 in mid-May. Active users also declined from 207.7K to 75.9K over the quarter.
slither.io by Lowtech Studios experienced a sharp decline in downloads, starting at 18.9K and dropping to 9.5K by the end of June. Revenue was minimal, peaking at $16 in late May. Active users decreased from 160K to 107.8K during the quarter.
Snake Battle: Worm Snake Game from Rejoy Studio had a fluctuating download trend, starting at 25K, peaking at 25.1K in mid-April, and dropping to 8K by the end of June. Revenue showed a modest increase, peaking at $34 in mid-June. Active users saw a slight increase from 56.4K to 66.9K before dropping to 59.8K.
