In Q2 2022, the performance of the top 5 train games on Android in Egypt displayed a mix of growth and decline in terms of downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed analysis based on data from Sensor Tower.
Train Ramp Jumping by BoomBit Games showed fluctuating weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with 12.6K downloads in late March, the app saw a peak of 40.6K downloads in mid-May, before dropping to around 1.1K in early June. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at nearly 60K in mid-May and then decreasing to about 7.8K by mid-June.
Train Station 2: Rail Tycoon from Pixel Federation Games experienced a consistent decline in weekly downloads, starting at 16.3K in late March and falling to approximately 2.2K by late June. Despite this, the game maintained a relatively stable number of active users, with a high of 90.1K in early April and a low of around 26.4K by mid-June. Revenue peaked at $215 in mid-May but saw a significant drop towards the end of the quarter.
