In the second quarter of 2022, the top dating applications in Venezuela displayed diverse performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at the top five apps based on Sensor Tower data:
Tinder Dating App: Chat & Date saw a mixed performance. Weekly revenue peaked at around $526 in late April but declined to about $335 by the end of June. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of approximately 12K in late March and a low of around 8.1K in early May. Active users remained relatively stable, ranging from about 236K to 259K throughout the quarter.
Walkie Talkie - All Talk experienced a significant decline in downloads, starting strong with nearly 29K in late March but dropping to around 3K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, decreasing from about 65K to around 12K during the same period. Revenue was minimal, peaking at just $3 in late June.
Dating and Chat - SweetMeet showed a positive trend in downloads, growing from around 243 in late March to a peak of approximately 9.8K in mid-May. Active users also increased, reaching a high of about 14K in mid-June. Revenue remained steady, fluctuating around the $6-$10 range throughout the quarter.
Dating and Chat - iHappy presented a mixed performance. Downloads varied, peaking at around 6.2K in early May but dropping to approximately 242 by the end of June. Active users showed a similar trend, with a high of about 9.3K in mid-June. Revenue was minimal, consistently around the $4-$8 range.
Badoo Dating App: Meet & Date maintained a stable performance. Weekly revenue peaked at about $238 in early May. Downloads remained consistent, hovering around 2.7K to 3K throughout the quarter. Active users saw a slight increase, reaching around 73K by the end of June.
