During the third quarter of 2022, the top dining and restaurant apps in Brazil showcased varying trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower. Here is a breakdown of the performance of the top 5 apps on the unified platform.
McDonald's Offers and Delivery saw fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 188K in early August and closing the quarter with about 149K in the final week of September. Weekly active users for the app remained robust, ranging from around 1.5M to 1.7M throughout the quarter.
Burger King Brasil experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, reaching close to 131K in mid-September. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from approximately 551K at the end of June to about 627K by mid-September, before slightly declining to around 567K at the end of the quarter.
Habib's maintained a consistent download rate, with weekly downloads fluctuating between 53K and 67K. Active users remained stable, ranging from about 185K to 201K throughout the quarter.
MyPanini™ witnessed a significant surge in weekly downloads, especially in mid-September, peaking at approximately 136K. The app's active users also saw a substantial increase, starting from a modest 15 in early August to nearly 196K by the end of September.
Bob's Brasil had relatively lower download numbers compared to other apps, with weekly downloads peaking at around 22K in mid-July and then stabilizing at approximately 12K by the end of September. Active users showed a stable trend, ranging from about 46K to 58K throughout the quarter.
