In Q4 2022, the performance of top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps on iOS in Egypt showed diverse trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data from Sensor Tower for the top 5 apps in this category.
McDonald’s - Non-US saw significant fluctuations in weekly downloads and active users. Downloads peaked at 41.1K in the week of October 17, with a notable increase to 36.2K by mid-December. Active users also experienced a sharp rise, reaching 214.5K in the week of December 12, which was the highest for the quarter.
KFC Egypt - Order Food Online maintained a relatively steady download rate, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads peaked at 4.2K in mid-December. Active users remained consistent, with a minor peak at 14.9K during the same period.
McDelivery Egypt experienced a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at 2.4K in the week of October 17. Active users showed a steady trend, with a slight increase to 15.7K at the end of October before stabilizing around 13K towards the end of the quarter.
Dunkin' Egypt had consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 800 to 900. Despite the stable download numbers, there was no available data on active users for this period.
Pizza Hut Egypt-Order Food Now also showed steady download numbers, with a gradual increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 747 downloads in mid-December.
