The fourth quarter of 2022 saw notable trends in the performance of the top 5 health and fitness applications in Africa. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we observe various patterns in weekly downloads, active users, and revenue.

Wocute - sister in your life experienced a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at around 206K in mid-October and gradually declining to approximately 88K by the end of December. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 628K at the end of September, reaching a high of 804K in mid-October, and ending the year at 763K.

The Blood Pressure App published by Tresor Tech saw an impressive increase in weekly downloads, starting from 359 at the end of September and peaking at 180K by mid-November. Active users also showed a substantial rise, growing from 36K in late September to 508K by the end of December.

Lastly, Blood Pressure: Heart Health saw a significant rise in weekly downloads, reaching up to 179K in early November. Active users also increased, peaking at 437K in early November before stabilizing at around 369K by the end of December.
