During the first quarter of 2023, the crime games category on the Android platform in Ghana showcased interesting trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Below is an overview of the top 5 crime games' performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Killer Bean Unleashed by Killer Bean Studios demonstrated a steady revenue stream, peaking at $14 in the final week of December 2022 and ending the quarter with $7 in the last week of March 2023. Weekly downloads were quite fluctuating, reaching their highest at 11.6K in the second week of January and dropping to around 6.7K towards the end of the quarter. Active users also saw a noteworthy decline from approximately 20K in early January to around 14.8K by the end of March.
Street Chaser from iGold Technologies had modest revenue, with minor peaks of $8 and $7 in the first half of January. Active users peaked at around 8.3K in late February, eventually stabilizing at approximately 7K by the end of the quarter.
