MyChart from Epic experienced a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads peaking at 121K in the second week of January and seeing a low of around 92K in mid-March. Active users for the app ranged from approximately 896K at the start of the quarter to over 1.1M by the end of March.
healow by eClinicalWorks LLC showed consistent performance in terms of downloads, with figures hovering between 55K and 64K throughout the quarter. Active users exhibited steady growth, starting from around 267K at the end of December and reaching approximately 305K by the end of March.
