In the first quarter of 2023, the leading air travel apps in Turkey showed varied performance trends across downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Turkish Airlines Flight Ticket experienced a significant spike in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 93.8K in early February. However, downloads saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, closing at around 23.3K. Active users mirrored this trend, with a high of 142.7K in early February, dropping to 84.2K by the end of March.
Pegasus: Cheap Flight Tickets also saw fluctuations in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 68.6K in early February before declining to 28.4K by the end of March. Active user numbers showed a similar pattern, peaking at 188.4K in early February and ending the quarter at 133.5K.
Ucuzabilet - Flight Tickets had a varied quarter for downloads, with a significant peak of 37K in early February, followed by a dip and a resurgence to 32.5K in mid-March. Active users peaked at 93.4K in mid-March, before decreasing to 74.1K by the end of the quarter.
Bilet.com - Travel & Events saw incremental growth in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 22.3K in early February, before falling to 10.2K by the end of March. Active user numbers followed a similar trajectory, peaking at 44.5K in mid-February and ending the quarter at 34.7K.
AnadoluJet Cheap Flight Ticket had a modest peak in weekly downloads of 25.1K in early February, followed by a steady decline to 8.7K by the end of March. Active users increased to 39.9K in early February and then dropped to 22.3K by the end of the quarter.
