State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
The first quarter of 2023 showcased notable performance trends for the top 5 anime games in the United Kingdom. Here’s a closer look at how these games fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
DRAGON BALL Z DOKKAN BATTLE from Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. experienced fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $373K in the last week of December 2022. Weekly downloads saw a slight decline from 3.8K to 2.5K over the quarter. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around the mid-40Ks, ending at 44.6K in the final week of March.
DRAGON BALL LEGENDS, also from Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., saw its weekly revenue peak at around $258K in late December 2022. Weekly downloads trended downwards from 8.6K to 4.6K. Active users showed a slight decline from 71.2K to 68.5K over the quarter.
The Seven Deadly Sins by Netmarble Corporation had its highest revenue in the first week of January 2023 at about $116K. Downloads started at 989 and dropped to 489 by the end of March. Active users hovered around 15K to 20K, ending at 15.1K.
Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links from KONAMI saw a revenue peak of approximately $26K at the end of January. Downloads decreased from 1.2K to around 843. Active users began at 15.8K and showed a slight decline, closing the quarter at 13.9K.
Lastly, Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel, also by KONAMI, had a revenue peak of about $29.5K in mid-February. Downloads started at 3.7K and ended at 1.9K. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 12.6K and ending at 12.2K.
