In Q1 2023, the top 5 apparel apps in the United States showcased varying performance trends across weekly downloads and active users. Here’s a detailed look at the metrics for these leading apps.
SHEIN - Shopping Online maintained a robust presence with its weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with 516K downloads, the app saw steady growth, peaking at approximately 915K in the week of March 20. Active users also followed an upward trajectory, beginning at 11.1M and reaching 14.5M by the end of March.
Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories experienced a more fluctuating trend in weekly downloads. Starting at 280K, the numbers dipped to around 212K in late January but recovered slightly to 231K by the end of March. Active users saw a similar pattern, starting at 3.8M, dipping mid-quarter, and recovering to 3.8M by the end of March.
GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel had a relatively stable performance in weekly downloads, starting at 182K and ending at 119K. Active users showed slight fluctuations, beginning at 2.3M, peaking at 2.2M in late January, and ending the quarter at 2.1M.
Nike SNKRS: Sneaker Release saw varied weekly downloads, starting at 81K, peaking at 93K in early February, and ending at 61K in late March. Active users started at 1.3M, saw a peak of around 1.5M in early March, and ended at 1M.
adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing had relatively stable weekly downloads, starting at 75K and maintaining a range between 54K and 77K throughout the quarter. Active users remained consistent, starting at 552K and ending at 511K.
