In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 auto applications in Hungary showed varying performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared on a unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android.
Shell experienced notable fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting with 2.7K in late December and peaking at 5.5K in the week of January 23rd. Downloads then gradually declined, ending the quarter at approximately 2.9K. Active users saw a peak of around 26.6K in the week of January 23rd, maintaining a steady range between 22.8K and 24.6K through most of the quarter.
KRESZ Teszt by King Of The Road showed a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting from 341 downloads in late December and peaking at 1.6K by the end of March. Revenue for this app was relatively low, fluctuating between $3 and $25 throughout the quarter.
Another app named KRESZ Teszt from Driven - Theory Driving Study saw its downloads peak early in the quarter at 2.8K in mid-January, then stabilize around 500 downloads per week towards the end of the quarter. Revenue experienced modest gains, reaching up to $23 in the last week of March.
mobile.de - car market maintained a steady download rate, starting from 563 downloads in late December and peaking at 1.1K in January. The app concluded the quarter with around 639 downloads per week. Active users for mobile.de - car market remained relatively stable, ranging from 4.1K to 5.2K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, IMO Car Wash HU saw its downloads fluctuate, starting with 830 downloads in late December, peaking at 870 in mid-February, and ending the quarter at 342 downloads per week.
