In the first quarter of 2023, the top 5 insurance apps in Belgium showed varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and revenue. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared:
MyAG Employee Benefits from AG Insurance experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with 2.3K downloads in the last week of December, the app saw a peak of 3.4K in the first week of January. Thereafter, downloads varied, reaching 2.8K at the end of January and eventually declining to 1.6K by the end of March.
DKV Insurance - Scan & Send consistently maintained its weekly download numbers. Starting at 1.6K downloads in the last week of December, the app saw a steady increase, peaking at approximately 2.3K in early March, and then slightly dipping to 1.9K by the end of the quarter.
Ethias also showed varied weekly download trends. The app began with 2.3K downloads in the last week of December, spiking to 3.2K in the second week of January. Afterward, downloads fluctuated, with another peak of 3K in early March, and finally settling at 1.7K by the end of March.
My Helan from Helan Onafhankelijk ziekenfonds displayed a consistent download pattern with some fluctuations. The app started with 1.5K downloads in the last week of December, peaked at 2.6K in mid-January, and saw another peak of 2.2K in early March before ending the quarter at 1.6K downloads.
Solidaris Wallonie had a relatively stable download trend. The app began with 1.3K downloads in the last week of December, reached a peak of 2.1K in late January, and experienced a final peak of 1.5K in mid-March, closing the quarter with 1.2K downloads.
