In Q2 2023, the top 5 iOS games in Sweden showcased a diverse range of performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a detailed look at how each game fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Throughout the quarter, weekly revenue for Candy Crush Saga peaked at around $282K in mid-April, with a noticeable dip to approximately $167K by the end of April. Weekly downloads saw a downward trend, starting at 3K at the end of March and falling to about 1.3K by the end of May, then slightly rebounding to 1.9K by the end of June. Active users decreased from about 69K at the end of March to 51K by the end of June.
Roblox experienced relatively stable weekly revenue, with figures hovering around $140K to $160K throughout the quarter. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 7.5K in early April and dipping to around 3.2K in late May, before rising again to 6.2K by the end of June. Active users showed a steady increase, starting at 161K at the end of March and reaching 177K by the end of June.
Coin Master had a consistent revenue stream, ranging from $76K to $97K weekly, with a peak at the end of May. Downloads showed a downward trend from 3.1K at the end of March to around 1.6K in June, before a slight increase to 1.9K by the end of the quarter. Active users varied, peaking at 77.9K at the end of May but dropping to around 63.7K by the end of June.
Gardenscapes saw its highest weekly revenue at $64K in early April, with a decrease to about $47K by mid-June. Downloads peaked at 4.4K in early April, then declined to around 2.1K by the end of June. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 32.8K at the end of March and ending the quarter at 31K.
Pokémon GO showed strong revenue performance, peaking at around $71K in early May and maintaining figures above $60K through June. Weekly downloads were consistent, ranging from 1.9K to 3.1K throughout the quarter. Active users saw an upward trend, starting at 98K at the end of March and peaking at 123.9K in early June, before ending the quarter at 104.5K.
