In Q2 2023, the top dining and restaurant apps in Spain showcased diverse trends in downloads and active user engagement. Here's an overview of their performance:
McDonald’s - Non-US saw a significant fluctuation in weekly downloads, peaking at around 48.6K in early April and stabilizing to approximately 37K by the end of June. The app maintained a substantial number of weekly active users, oscillating between 734K and 983K, with a notable peak of 972K in early June.
BURGER KING España experienced steady weekly downloads, starting from 33K at the end of March and reaching up to 36.2K by late June. The app's weekly active users also showed a consistent increase, from 541K in late March to around 607K by the end of June.
KFC España #PolloPollo exhibited a moderate growth in weekly downloads, reaching a peak of approximately 29.4K in mid-June. The number of weekly active users fluctuated, with a high of around 121.8K in mid-June, before slightly dropping to 101.8K by the end of the month.
Starbucks España saw a dramatic surge in weekly downloads, especially in late May, where it spiked to about 66K. This notable increase followed a more modest range earlier in the quarter, with downloads around 240 to 7.7K.
TheFork - Restaurant bookings showed varied weekly downloads, peaking at 25.4K in late May. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, ranging from 40.4K to 51.8K, with a slight increase toward the end of the quarter.
