The second quarter of 2023 showcased some interesting trends for the top Food and Drink apps in Uruguay. Here, we delve into their performance, covering weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
PedidosYa - Delivery App from Pedidos Ya S.A. saw a relatively stable trend in weekly downloads, ranging from around 3.2K to 4.8K, with a notable peak of 4.8K in mid-June. The app also maintained a high level of weekly active users, peaking at about 109K in early May before slightly declining to approximately 99K by the end of June.
McDonald's Offers and Delivery by Arcos Dorados Latin America had weekly downloads mostly in the range of 3.5K to 4.9K, with a consistent performance throughout the quarter. Active users fluctuated slightly but remained strong, peaking at around 29.1K at the end of June.
Burger King® Uruguay experienced steady weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 2.3K to 3.0K. However, weekly active users saw a downward trend, dropping from around 738 in late March to approximately 470 by the end of June.
Chef Digitales recetas cocina showed varied weekly download numbers, with a peak of about 2.9K in early May, followed by a dip to around 1.3K towards the end of May. The app saw another upward movement, finishing the quarter at around 2.1K downloads in the last week of June.
Buen Provecho had an interesting quarter with a significant spike in weekly downloads, reaching approximately 7.6K in late May. This was followed by a decrease, ending the quarter with 461 downloads in the last week of June.
