In Q2 2023, the top 5 puzzle games in Hungary demonstrated varied performance trends on a unified platform, encompassing both iOS and Android data. Here’s an in-depth look at their weekly downloads, revenue, and active user metrics.
Words of Wonders: Crossword from Fugo experienced fluctuating weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $1.1K in mid-April and ending the quarter at around $500. Weekly downloads showed a general upward trend, reaching a high of 10.4K in late May. The game maintained a stable user base, with weekly active users hovering around 65K throughout the quarter.
Block Blast! by Hungry Studio did not generate any revenue during this period. However, its weekly downloads saw significant growth, peaking at 9.5K in the last week of June. Active users also increased, starting at 31.8K in late March and climbing to 44.4K by the end of June.
Triviador from THX GAMES Zrt showed a decline in both revenue and downloads over the quarter. Weekly revenue started at $936 and decreased to $669 by the end of June. Downloads followed a similar trend, dropping from 6.8K in late March to 4.2K in the final week of June. The number of active users also diminished, decreasing from 16.9K to 12.4K over the same period.
Brain Test: Tricky Puzzles by UNICO STUDIO had minimal revenue fluctuations, with weekly earnings mostly below $100. Downloads peaked at 10.4K in early May but dropped to 2.9K by the end of June. Active users increased significantly in early May, peaking at 35.7K, before declining to around 21K by the quarter's end.
Brain Test 4: Tricky Friends, also from UNICO STUDIO, showed negligible revenue figures. Downloads exhibited a peak of 8.2K in mid-April and stabilized around 3.2K by late June. Active users saw a steady increase from 826 in late March to 8.4K by the end of June.
