During the second quarter of 2023, the top five travel applications in Chile showed varied performance metrics across downloads, revenue, and active users. Below, we break down the data for each app, highlighting key trends and insights.
My Disney Experience saw fluctuations in revenue, peaking at approximately $1.8K in late April and late May. Weekly downloads ranged between 597 and 884, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 1K throughout the period.
Planes Live - Flight Tracker experienced a consistent revenue stream, averaging around $600-$700 per week, with a high of $753 in early June. Downloads were steady early in the quarter and saw a significant rise to 640 in the last week of June. Active users followed a similar upward trend, increasing to nearly 1.8K by the end of June.
Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker demonstrated strong performance in revenue, especially in the last week of June, reaching approximately $1.2K. Downloads peaked twice during the quarter, first at 3.9K in mid-April and again at 3.9K in late June. The app maintained a high number of active users, peaking at over 20K in mid-April and late June.
Couchsurfing Travel App showed a steady revenue stream, with a notable increase to $425 in mid-June. Downloads were lower compared to other apps, with a peak of 749 in early April. Active users gradually declined throughout the quarter, dropping from 838 in late March to 357 by the end of June.
iTranslate Converse had modest revenue, peaking at $159 in mid-June. Downloads remained consistent, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 221. Active users were stable, maintaining around 450-500 throughout Q2 2023.
