In Q3 2023, Nigeria's top auto apps on the Android platform exhibited diverse performance trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement. Here’s a closer look at how these apps fared according to Sensor Tower data.
Driving Theory Test Kit UK from RAC saw fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at 212 in the last week of September. Revenue for this app showed a general decline, starting at $21 in late June and dropping to $3 by the end of September. Weekly active users, however, grew consistently, reaching 329 by the final week of September.
Driving Theory Test 4 in 1 Kit by Driving Test Success Limited maintained relatively stable download numbers throughout the quarter, averaging around 7 downloads per week. Revenue saw some spikes, most notably $44 in the last week of June, but generally hovered around $1 towards the end of the quarter. Active users remained consistent, ending the quarter with 77 users.
Testi Driving Cancellations UK from Testi Apps Limited experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 59 in mid-August. Revenue remained steady at around $3 to $4 per week throughout the quarter.
A Better Routeplanner (ABRP) by Iternio Planning AB had a consistent weekly revenue of approximately $2 to $3, with no recorded downloads during the quarter.
DMV Permit Practice Test Genie from Elegant E-Learning saw fluctuating download numbers, with a peak of 15 in mid-August. Revenue was stable at around $1 to $2 per week.
