State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
During the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 apparel apps in the United States showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads and weekly active users, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here’s a closer look at each app:
SHEIN - Shopping Online experienced consistent download numbers, starting at approximately 835K in late June and peaking at around 1M during multiple weeks in the quarter. Weekly active users for the app remained robust, fluctuating between 15.7M and 17.5M.
Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories saw a slight increase in downloads, with a notable peak of 313K in mid-September. The app's weekly active users ranged from 3.3M to 4.3M, showing a significant spike at the end of July.
GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel had a strong start with downloads climbing from around 80K in late June to a peak of 179K by the end of July. Active users for GOAT also demonstrated growth, peaking at 2.5M in early August before seeing a gradual decline towards the end of the quarter.
CIDER - Clothing & Fashion maintained steady download numbers, generally hovering between 67K and 75K. Active user numbers followed a similar stable trend, with figures ranging from 403K to 461K over the course of the quarter.
adidas: Shop Shoes & Clothing had a varied download trend, starting at 60K in late June and peaking at 81K in late July. Weekly active users for adidas remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, ranging from 485K to 562K.
