State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In Q3 2023, the delivered meal kits and specialty foods app market in France displayed interesting trends, according to Sensor Tower data. Here’s a look at the performance of the top five apps in this category on a unified platform.
HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from around 5.5K in late June and peaking at approximately 15.6K in the first week of September. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users fluctuating between 36K and 39K throughout the quarter.
Vivino: Buy the Right Wine experienced significant growth in both revenue and downloads. Weekly revenue started modestly at around $19 and surged to $801 by mid-September. Downloads also saw a steady climb, reaching a high of approximately 11K in mid-August. The app's active users ranged from 102K to 142K, demonstrating strong user engagement.
Quitoque, le panier à cuisiner had a consistent increase in downloads, starting from around 1.9K in late June and reaching about 4K by the end of August. This app did not generate any revenue during this period.
Bene Bono showed a remarkable rise in downloads, especially in late August, where it jumped from around 222 downloads to approximately 3.4K. However, similar to Quitoque, this app did not record any revenue during Q3 2023.
CrowdFarming also experienced a gradual increase in downloads, starting from around 119 in late June and peaking at approximately 931 in early September. Like some of the other apps, it did not generate revenue during this period.
