State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
During the third quarter of 2023, the top five dining and restaurant apps in France showed varied performance in terms of downloads and weekly active users. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared:
McDo France experienced a consistent increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 51K in the week of August 7. Weekly active users saw slight fluctuations, starting from around 904K at the beginning of the quarter and ending at approximately 799K by the end of September.
BURGER KING France showed a significant uptick in downloads, with numbers rising from 37.9K at the end of June to a peak of 52.5K in mid-September. The app’s weekly active users also demonstrated a positive trend, increasing from around 444K at the start of the quarter to approximately 475K by the end of September.
KFC France : Poulet & Burger maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with a slight increase from 25.7K in late June to nearly 28.9K by the end of September. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between approximately 74K and 87K over the quarter.
TheFork - Restaurant bookings saw its downloads peak in the week of July 31 at around 33.3K, before gradually declining to 18.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users also showed a similar pattern, peaking at roughly 75K in late July and then stabilizing around 63K by the end of the quarter.
Domino’s Pizza France displayed a significant spike in downloads during the week of August 21, reaching approximately 24.6K. However, this number dropped to around 7.2K by the end of September. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at about 92.4K in late August and then settling at around 71K by the end of the quarter.
