During the third quarter of 2023, the top dining and restaurant apps in the Netherlands showcased varying performance trends. Here's a detailed look at the downloads, weekly active users, and revenue metrics for the top five apps, based on Sensor Tower data.
Domino's Pizza Nederland saw a significant spike in downloads, peaking at 31K in the week of July 31. The app maintained a high download rate in early August, with 30K downloads in the week of August 7. Weekly active users followed a similar trend, peaking at around 77K in late July and early August, before settling at approximately 45K by the end of September.
McDonald’s - Non-US exhibited a consistent download trend, averaging around 11K to 12K per week, with a slight dip to 10K in early September. The app's weekly active users saw a peak of 327K in mid-July, followed by a gradual decrease to around 257K by the end of September.
Zenchef (formerly Table) showed stability in downloads, averaging around 10K to 11K per week, with a notable increase to 12K in the final week of September. Weekly active users for Zenchef steadily increased throughout the quarter, starting at 47K in late June and reaching approximately 52K by the end of September.
Burger King Nederland experienced steady download numbers, ranging from 4K to 5K per week, with a peak of 5.6K in the last week of September. The app's weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 74K to 76K, with a peak of 83K in the final week of September.
’t Zusje maintained a consistent download rate, fluctuating between 3K and 4K per week. The highest number of downloads was recorded in the week of July 24, with over 4.2K downloads.
