The third quarter of 2023 saw notable performances from the top dragon-themed games in Turkey. Data from Sensor Tower reveals interesting trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for these popular titles.
Call of Dragons experienced a significant rise in weekly revenue, peaking at around $39K in mid-July. Weekly downloads surged initially, reaching 31K in the week of July 10, before gradually declining to approximately 2.5K by the end of September. Weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting strong with 51K in early July and settling at around 24K by the end of the quarter.
Frost & Flame: King of Avalon from FunPlus International AG displayed a steady revenue stream, peaking at $23K in late July. Downloads saw a notable spike in mid-July with 4.5K, but later decreased to about 900 by the end of September. Active users also showed an initial increase, peaking at 7.8K in mid-July, and then tapered off to around 2.9K.
Dragon Storm Fantasy maintained a consistent revenue, fluctuating around $11K to $12K throughout the quarter. Downloads remained relatively low, with a peak of 2.7K at the end of June, and settled around 1K by late September. Active users initially declined from 6.9K in late June to about 2.8K by the end of the quarter, showing minor fluctuations.
Dragonscapes Adventure saw a significant increase in revenue, reaching over $8K at the end of August. Weekly downloads peaked at about 23K in early July, followed by a gradual decline to roughly 4.2K by the end of September. Active users showed a strong presence, starting at 49K in late June and peaking at nearly 60K in late August before declining to around 44K by the end of the period.
Dragon City - Breed & Battle! from Socialpoint displayed stable revenue, peaking at $5.4K in late September. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 12.4K in mid-July and settling at about 6K by the end of September. The game had a robust number of active users, starting at 203K in late June and maintaining above 179K throughout the quarter.
