In Q3 2023, the top 5 gacha games in Brazil demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data. Here's a breakdown of their weekly trends.
eFootball™ 2024 saw its weekly revenue fluctuate throughout the quarter, peaking at around $149K in mid-September. The game’s downloads spiked to approximately 151K in the week of September 11, while active users peaked at about 6.8M in early September before gradually decreasing to about 5.9M by the end of the quarter.
Empires & Puzzles: Match 3 RPG experienced a notable increase in revenue, reaching nearly $81.5K in the week of September 18. Weekly downloads were highest at around 15K at the end of June but remained below 5K for most of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, peaking at approximately 59.3K in the last week of September.
Age of Origins:Tower Defense maintained a stable weekly revenue, averaging around $60K throughout Q3. Downloads saw a significant drop mid-quarter, falling to about 3.3K in late August. Active users also declined from around 197K in mid-July to approximately 72K by the end of September.
Rise of Kingdoms showed steady growth in revenue, peaking at about $74.6K in the final week of September. Downloads varied, with the highest being around 32.5K in mid-July. Active users saw a high of approximately 652K in late July but experienced fluctuations, ending the quarter at around 500K.
Genshin Impact had its revenue peak at nearly $100K in the last week of September. Downloads were highest at about 63K in the same week. The game’s active users rose to approximately 332K by the end of the quarter, after a peak of around 316K in mid-August.
