During the third quarter of 2023, the top 5 io games in Algeria showed varying performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Below is an overview of each game's performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Spinner.io: Fidget Spinner from CASUAL AZUR GAMES saw a relatively stable weekly revenue, peaking at around $21 in mid-August. However, weekly downloads decreased steadily from 422 in late June to just over 200 by the end of September. Weekly active users also saw a decline, dropping from about 1.7K to just over 1.1K during the quarter.
Agar.io by Miniclip.com experienced modest weekly revenue, consistently around $11 throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads were more volatile, peaking at 1.2K in mid-August before dropping to 326 at the end of September. Active users for Agar.io showed an initial increase, peaking at around 3.3K in late August, before declining to approximately 2.1K by the end of the quarter.
slither.io from Lowtech Studios maintained a steady weekly revenue of around $9. Weekly downloads fluctuated, peaking at 3.7K in late July and then declining to just over 2K by the end of September. Despite this, the game maintained a robust active user base, though it saw a slight decline from about 32K to 23.5K over the quarter.
Snake.io - Fun Snake .io Games by Kooapps Games reported minimal weekly revenue, consistently around $3. The game enjoyed significant weekly downloads, peaking at over 11K in early August before dropping to about 3.9K by the end of September. The active user base remained strong, hovering around 160K but saw a decline to roughly 138K by the end of the quarter.
Crazy Slither from Luogame, a newer entrant, showed a notable spike in weekly revenue, reaching $62 at the end of September. However, weekly downloads were low, starting at 308 in mid-September and falling to zero by the end of the month.
