In Q4 2023, the top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps on the Android platform in Germany showcased varied performance trends in downloads and weekly active users. Here is a detailed look at the performance of McDonald’s Deutschland, Burger King Deutschland, KFC, McDonald’s, and Subway® - Official App.
McDonald’s Deutschland saw a notable increase in downloads, starting the quarter with approximately 26.4K downloads and peaking at about 50.1K in the week of November 27. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, beginning at around 610K and reaching a high of approximately 856K in the week of November 20.
Burger King Deutschland experienced a more fluctuating pattern in downloads, starting with around 13.8K and decreasing to approximately 10.3K by the week of December 25. Weekly active users saw a similar trend, beginning at about 286K and dropping to around 276K by the end of the quarter.
KFC had a varied download trend, starting with approximately 7K downloads, dipping mid-quarter, and peaking at around 11.3K in the week of December 25. The active users for KFC showed steady activity, starting at around 80K and ending the quarter with a slight increase to approximately 88K.
McDonald’s on the other hand, had a less consistent download trend, beginning with about 6.6K downloads and ending the quarter at around 5.5K. However, weekly active users saw a significant peak at approximately 359K in the week of November 27, before declining to about 241K by the end of the quarter.
Subway® - Official App maintained relatively stable download numbers, starting at around 1.9K and peaking at about 6.1K in the week of November 20. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at approximately 13.8K and reaching around 19.7K in the same week.
