In Q4 2023, the top 5 theme park apps on the Android platform in Sweden exhibited varied performance in terms of downloads and weekly active users. Here’s a detailed look at their trends:
Disneyland® Paris saw a fluctuating download trend, starting with 60 downloads in late September and ending the quarter with 41 downloads in the last week of December. The app’s weekly active users (WAU) showed a slight decline initially, from 145 to 90, before stabilizing around 70-90 towards the end of the quarter.
My Disney Experience experienced modest download numbers, with a peak of 37 downloads in the week of October 30. WAU for the app peaked at 49 in the same week, before seeing a decline to 10-40 towards the close of December.
Universal Studios Japan maintained a relatively stable download rate, with the highest being 26 downloads in the weeks of October 30 and November 6. The WAU for this app remained steady throughout the quarter, averaging around 55-78.
Universal Orlando Resort demonstrated a consistent increase in downloads, peaking at 38 downloads in mid-December. The WAU followed a similar trend, rising from 46 to 80 by mid-December, before slightly dropping to 75 in the last week of the year.
Disneyland® experienced a stable download trend, with a notable peak of 27 downloads in early November. The app’s WAU remained consistent, fluctuating between 111 and 136 throughout the quarter.
