As the year 2023 wrapped up, Sensor Tower's data provides a compelling overview of the arcade racing category on the iOS platform in Brazil. Here's how the top contenders fared in Q4.
Bridge Race by SUPERSONIC STUDIOS LTD saw its revenue peak at 115K USD in the week of October 30th, then fluctuated before ending the quarter at 66K USD. Downloads spiked to nearly 25K in the second week of October and weekly active users hit a high of nearly 18K in the same period, before both metrics saw a general decline towards the end of the quarter.
Race Master 3D - Car Racing, from SayGames LTD, experienced its highest revenue at 287K USD in the final week of December. Downloads reached over 16K in the week of October 30th, but saw a drop afterwards. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with a notable increase to 6.5K in the last week of December.
CarX Technologies' CarX Street showed impressive revenue growth, closing the quarter at 1.37M USD. Downloads reflected a similar upward trend, peaking at 19K in the last week of December. The game's weekly active users grew significantly, ending the year with a strong 116K count.
Gameloft's Asphalt 9: Legends also saw a positive revenue trend, concluding Q4 with 1.15M USD. The game's downloads had a high point of over 13K in early October, while active users reached their zenith at 21K in the third week of October.
Finally, Electronic Arts' Need for Speed No Limits had its revenue climb to 1.05M USD in the final week of December. Downloads surged to over 7K in the same period, and the game's active users peaked at over 42K in the last week of December.
