In Q4 2023, the top celebrity games showed varying performance trends across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users in the United States. Here's a closer look at how each app fared during the quarter, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Kim Kardashian: Hollywood saw its revenue generally staying robust, peaking at approximately $93K in the last week of December. Downloads fluctuated but ended strongly with 4.2K in the final week, while weekly active users showed a slight decline from 21.8K in late September to around 20.2K by year's end.
SUPERSTAR SMTOWN experienced revenue spikes, reaching around $20K in mid-December. Downloads also saw an upward trend, culminating in 4.4K in the last week. Weekly active users increased from 11.1K in late September to approximately 13.6K by the end of December.
MovieStarPlanet 2: Star Life exhibited a steady revenue growth, peaking at about $13K in mid-December. Downloads gradually increased, reaching 1.2K in the last week. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 4K throughout the quarter.
Revue Starlight Re LIVE showed consistent revenue with minor fluctuations, peaking at roughly $8K in the last week of September. Weekly active users, however, saw a decline from 24.9K in late September to 10.8K by the end of December.
PewDiePie's Tuber Simulator had a notable increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, reaching about $6.3K in the last week of December. Downloads spiked significantly, hitting 15K in the final week. Weekly active users saw a resurgence, climbing from 27.7K in mid-December to 36.3K by the end of the month.
