During the fourth quarter of 2023, the top 5 consumer finance apps in Cyprus demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of weekly downloads and active user engagement. Based on Sensor Tower data, here's a closer look at how these apps fared on a unified platform.

Bank of Cyprus Τράπεζα Κύπρου saw its weekly downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter. Starting strong with approximately 2.7K downloads in the last week of September, the app experienced a decline, hitting a low of 1.3K in mid-November. However, it somewhat recovered towards the end of December, closing the quarter with around 1.3K downloads.

Hellenic Bank experienced a similar trend in weekly downloads. The app began the quarter with 1.7K downloads but witnessed a drop, reaching its lowest point at 788 downloads in the final week of December. Despite this, there were intermittent increases, particularly in late November and early December, where downloads hovered around 1K.

Ziraat Mobil had a relatively stable performance in terms of downloads. Starting at 956 in the last week of September, it saw a dip to 404 by mid-December. Though there was a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, the numbers remained below the 500 mark for most weeks.

İşCep maintained a consistent yet modest download rate. The app's downloads started at 945 in late September and saw a gradual decline, reaching as low as 300 in the last week of December. There were occasional spikes, such as in late November, where downloads peaked at 512.

Garanti BBVA Mobile displayed a steady but low download rate throughout the quarter. Beginning with 470 downloads in late September, the app's performance dipped to 294 by the end of December. Despite a few weeks where downloads increased to around 400, the numbers generally stayed within the 300-400 range.
