Performance of Top 5 Educational Games in Tunisia in Q4 2023
The fourth quarter of 2023 saw some interesting trends in the educational games category in Tunisia. Here, we take a closer look at the performance of the top 5 educational games on a unified platform, with data insights provided by Sensor Tower.
Kindergarten Math, published by Technorex Softwares, experienced a steady increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 3.5K in mid-December. The app started the quarter with 794 downloads per week and saw a consistent rise, reaching 3.2K by the end of December. Active users also followed a similar upward trend, beginning at 1.6K and climbing to over 7.2K by the last week of the quarter.
3asafeer School: Learn Arabic, from 3asafeer.com, showed fluctuating download numbers throughout Q4. Starting with 934 downloads, the app saw a significant increase to 3.2K in early December before tapering off to 1.6K by the end of the month. Active users mirrored this pattern, starting at 2.9K, peaking at 5.5K, and ending the quarter at 4.3K.
Kids Games: For Toddlers 3-5, developed by RV AppStudios, demonstrated a notable increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter. Downloads rose from 1.3K at the beginning of Q4 to 2.9K by the end of December. Active user numbers also increased, starting at 6.1K and reaching nearly 8.9K by the close of the quarter.
Bebek Game: Kids Games, published by MJ+, maintained a steady growth in downloads, starting with 771 weekly downloads and peaking at over 3K in mid-December. The app's active users also saw an increase, beginning at 7.9K and rising to 11.2K by the end of Q4.
Masha and the Bear Educational, from DTC Lab, had a strong start with 2.5K downloads in the first week of the quarter but experienced a slight decline, ending with 1.7K downloads. Active users saw a gradual decrease from 20.6K at the start to 14.5K by the end of December.
