In Q4 2023, the top five fitness and weight loss programs on a unified platform in Mexico showcased diverse trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into their performance.
BetterMe: Health Coaching saw significant fluctuations in revenue, peaking at around $18.8K in early October and experiencing a low of approximately $11.2K in mid-December. Downloads displayed a notable rise towards the end of the quarter, reaching 23.4K in the last week of December. Weekly active users also surged, hitting a high of 63.3K in the same period.
Strava: Run, Bike, Hike experienced a steady revenue increase, culminating at roughly $15.6K in the final week of December. Downloads fluctuated with a peak of 4.2K in the last week of the quarter. The app's weekly active users rose to nearly 150K by the end of December.
Wikiloc Outdoor Navigation GPS had stable revenue throughout the quarter, reaching about $7.6K in the last week of December. Downloads remained relatively low, peaking at 1.6K in mid-October. Weekly active users showed a slight increase, ending the quarter at 5.3K.
Fitia: Diet & Meal Planner maintained consistent revenue, peaking at approximately $8.4K in early December. Downloads were highest in early December at 15.5K, with weekly active users starting at 61.4K and declining to 45.3K by the quarter's end.
MyFitnessPal: Calorie Counter showed a varied revenue trend, peaking at about $7.9K in late September and decreasing to around $5.1K by the end of December. Downloads reached a high of 5.4K in early October. The app's weekly active users peaked at 174.9K in early October before declining to 134K by the end of December.
