In the fourth quarter of 2023, the top five food delivery services in Egypt showed notable trends in their weekly downloads and active users. Here is a detailed look at their performance, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Food, grocery & more saw a consistent performance in weekly downloads, starting with around 39.4K in late September and experiencing a peak of approximately 51.6K in mid-November. The app's weekly active users fluctuated, reaching a high of about 886K at the end of October and a low of around 760K in mid-December.
Breadfast: Groceries And More experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads, beginning at roughly 11.2K in late September and peaking at about 23.4K in early November. The weekly active users also showed growth, starting at around 25.2K and reaching up to approximately 35.9K during the same period.
InstaShop: Grocery Delivery had varied weekly downloads, beginning at about 24.3K in late September and peaking at approximately 20.1K in late November. The app's weekly active users started at around 50.1K and saw a slight increase to about 48.1K towards the end of November.
Rabbit: 20 mins delivery showed a moderate performance in weekly downloads, starting at around 5.2K in late September and peaking at approximately 7.8K in mid-November. The weekly active users for the app began at about 27K and saw an increase to around 31.8K in mid-November.
eJaby experienced a varied trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 3.1K in late September and peaking at approximately 11.5K in mid-December.
