The fourth quarter of 2023 saw notable activity for the top five insurance applications in the United Arab Emirates on a unified platform. Here’s a detailed look at their performance metrics:
ILOE from Dubai Insurance experienced a substantial number of weekly downloads, starting at 124K in late September and then declining to around 5.2K in early October. The app saw a resurgence in mid-December, reaching approximately 6.9K downloads. The number of weekly active users began at 251K, dipped to 144K by mid-October, and stabilized around 157K by the end of December.
Lumi by Nextcare demonstrated a consistent download trend, with a peak of approximately 6.4K in the last week of December. Weekly active users for Lumi started at 15.3K in late September and rose to 20.2K by the end of December, showing a steady increase in engagement.
myNAS App saw varied weekly downloads, beginning at 2.3K and achieving a peak of 3.7K mid-October before fluctuating and ending the quarter at around 3.2K.
mySukoon maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter, ranging from 1K to 1.3K weekly downloads, reflecting steady user interest.
Policybazaar-Compare.Buy.Save. had a notable decrease in weekly downloads, starting at 3.9K in late September and dropping to 672 by the end of December. Weekly active users also declined, beginning at 5.1K and ending at 1.9K.
