As we wrap up the final quarter of 2023, it's time to dive into the performance of the most popular io games in France. Sensor Tower's comprehensive data provides us with a peek into how these games have fared on both iOS and Android platforms.
Starting with Paper.io 2 by Voodoo, we saw a noticeable fluctuation in weekly revenue, peaking at around $573K and dipping to about $319K. Downloads exhibited a similar trend with a significant spike to nearly 49K in late October and a drop to around 14K in early December. Weekly active users peaked at 169K in late October and ended the quarter with a strong 158K.
Kooapps' Snake.io - Fun Online Snake showed a relatively steady revenue with an upward trend, reaching a peak of $131K during the holiday season. Downloads followed an upward trajectory, especially in December, jumping to nearly 39K. The game's weekly active users saw a gradual increase, ending the quarter with a notable 224K.
Snake Clash! by Supercent, Inc. had a revenue peak of $188K in late October and wrapped up the quarter with a strong $160K. The game experienced a surge in downloads in late November, with more than 28K, and weekly active users more than doubled over the quarter, finishing at 73K.
Another Voodoo game, Hole.io, saw its revenue fluctuate between $133K and $274K. Downloads peaked mid-quarter at over 14K, with weekly active users reaching 120K by the end of December.
Lastly, slither.io by Lowtech Studios LLC maintained a consistent number of weekly active users throughout the quarter, ending with just over 93K. Although the game did not generate revenue, downloads saw a marked increase in December, reaching nearly 14K.
