Throughout the fourth quarter of 2023, the top MMORPG applications in Ireland showed varied trends in downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. Here is a detailed look at the performance of each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
MU: Dragon Havoc from HongKong Miracle Network Limited saw a significant increase in revenue, peaking at approximately $5.6K in the week of November 20. Downloads of the app fluctuated, reaching a high of 468 in mid-October, while weekly active users showed a slight decline from 244 in the same period to 234 by the end of December.
Diablo Immortal by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. experienced notable revenue peaks, with the highest being $5.4K in the week of December 18. The app's downloads were relatively stable, with a notable increase to 128 in the last week of December. Weekly active users hovered around 1K throughout the quarter, with a slight dip to 849 in early December before rebounding to 982 by the end of the month.
The Legend of Neverland from Ark Games also showed interesting trends. Revenue peaked at $2.2K in early October, followed by fluctuations and a resurgence to $1K in the final week of December. Downloads remained fairly consistent, with a slight increase to 69 in late November. Weekly active users saw a steady trend, maintaining around 250 throughout the quarter.
MU ORIGIN2 by WEBZEN INC. had a notable revenue peak of $1.5K in mid-November, followed by a decline to $184 by the end of December. Downloads were minimal, with a peak of 10 in early October and no significant activity thereafter. No weekly active user data was available for this app.
Lastly, MU ORIGIN 3 from FingerTips saw steady revenue, peaking at $617 in early October and $582 in the final week of December. Downloads showed a peak of 85 in early November, with a general downward trend towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users remained stable around 220, with a peak of 308 in early November.
