In Q4 2023, the top 5 MMORPG apps in Finland delivered varied performance across downloads, revenue, and weekly active users. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a comprehensive look at the trends for these popular games.
Old School RuneScape showed a steady revenue pattern, peaking at approximately $2.3K in both the final weeks of November and December. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 289 in the week of December 18. Weekly active users saw a rise from 1.4K in late September to nearly 1.8K by mid-December.
Diablo Immortal experienced significant revenue peaks, with a high of around $5.6K in the week of December 18. Downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, hitting a peak of 182 in the same week. Active users remained relatively steady, fluctuating around 1.7K throughout the quarter.
Albion Online had a modest revenue performance, peaking at $337 in late October. Downloads were highest in mid-October at 121, while weekly active users saw a slight increase, reaching 237 in the same period.
The Tiger Online RPG Simulator showed a gradual increase in downloads, with a high of 106 in the final week of December. Revenue peaked at $31 in the week of December 18. Active users rose consistently, reaching 214 by the end of the quarter.
RuneScape saw significant revenue spikes, notably $2.5K and $2.8K in mid and late December, respectively. Downloads were highest in the last week of December at 98. Active users remained stable, peaking at 319 in mid-October.
