During the first quarter of 2024, the top 5 3D anime games on the Android platform in Spain experienced varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at how ONE PUNCH MAN: WORLD, Honkai: Star Rail, DRAGON BALL LEGENDS, Genshin Impact, and CAPTAIN TSUBASA: ACE performed.
ONE PUNCH MAN: WORLD from A PLUS JAPAN saw a significant decline in weekly revenue, starting at around $3.8K at the end of January and dropping to approximately $173 by the end of March. Weekly downloads also showed a sharp decrease, beginning at nearly 58K in late January and falling to around 709 by the end of March. Similarly, active users dropped from about 56K to nearly 9.8K over the quarter.
Honkai: Star Rail by COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. maintained a more stable performance with notable peaks. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $74K in the last week of March, while weekly downloads reached about 13K in early February. Active users saw an upward trend, increasing from around 47K at the beginning of January to over 60K by the end of March.
DRAGON BALL LEGENDS from Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at about $58.8K in the first week of January and stabilizing around $18.5K by the end of March. Downloads varied, starting at 4.6K in early January and ending at approximately 4.4K. Active users saw a slight decline, moving from around 100K in early January to about 72K by the end of March.
Genshin Impact by COGNOSPHERE PTE. LTD. showed a consistent performance in weekly revenue, peaking at about $34.6K at the end of January. Weekly downloads were steady, ranging from approximately 2.7K to 2.2K. Active users showed minor fluctuations, with a peak of around 57K at the end of January and maintaining around 50K by the end of March.
Finally, CAPTAIN TSUBASA: ACE from Program Twenty Three had stable but modest performance. Weekly revenue peaked at around $3.2K in mid-January, and weekly downloads varied from about 2.9K in early January to 2.1K by the end of March. Active users showed a gradual increase, starting at around 7.8K and reaching approximately 11K by the end of the quarter.
