European fashionistas continue to engage with their favorite apparel apps on Android, as seen in the first quarter of 2024. Data from Sensor Tower reveals the trends for the top five players in the market.
SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced a steady increase in downloads, starting the quarter with 661K and peaking at 872K by the end of March. Weekly active users showed a significant rise, climbing from 12.4M to an impressive 19M.
Trendyol - Online Alışveriş also saw growth, with downloads beginning at 193K and reaching a high of 436K mid-March before settling at 357K. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 18.2M and ending the quarter at 19.1M.
Vinted - Buy and sell clothes kicked off with 250K downloads and saw a peak at 310K in the third week of January. The app's active users hovered around 6.5M throughout the quarter, peaking at 6.6M in the last week.
Zalando – online fashion store downloads fluctuated, with an initial 182K, a high of 211K in late January, and ending at 151K. Weekly active users saw a slight decline from 3.7M to 3.4M over the quarter.
ABOUT YOU Online Fashion Shop started with 100K downloads, with notable spikes to 131K and ending the quarter with 103K. Active user numbers saw a minor increase from 937K at the start of Q1 to nearly 1.1M by the end of March.
