The first quarter of 2024 saw a variety of trends for the top fitness and weight loss programs apps on the Android platform in Portugal. Here's a detailed look at their performance.
Mi Fitness (Xiaomi Wear) had a strong quarter in terms of weekly downloads, starting at approximately 3.5K in the first week of January and peaking at 4.5K by the last week of March. The app's weekly active users also showed a positive trend, growing from around 91K to 92K over the quarter.
fitpro experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 3.5K in the first week of January and dropping to around 1.9K by the end of March. Similarly, the app's weekly active users decreased from 31.6K to approximately 20K over the same period.
Step Counter - Pedometer showed fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at 2.1K in early January, peaking at 3K in late January, and then stabilizing around 2.1K by the end of March. The app's weekly active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 8.6K and ending at approximately 8.9K.
Weight Loss for Women: Workout saw a steady number of weekly downloads, ranging from 1.2K to 2.4K throughout the quarter. The app's weekly active users increased significantly from 8.8K in early January to about 12.4K by the end of March.
Home Workout - No Equipment had a varied performance in weekly downloads, starting at 1.3K in January, peaking at 2.3K in mid-February, and then declining to around 870 by the end of March. The app's weekly active users showed a decrease from 12.4K to approximately 11.3K over the quarter.
