State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2024, personal finance budgeting and planning apps on the Android platform in Norway demonstrated diverse performance metrics. Utilizing data from Sensor Tower, we examine the key trends in downloads, revenue, and active users for the top five apps: Smartspar, Money manager & expenses, Anyfin, Splitwise, and Monefy - Budget & Expenses app.
Smartspar showed steady weekly downloads, peaking at 222 in early February. The app maintained a consistent download rate, fluctuating between 98 and 222 throughout the quarter.
Money manager & expenses experienced a varied trend in weekly revenue, with peaks at approximately $53 in mid-February. Weekly downloads ranged from 61 to 165, while active users slightly decreased from 1301 to 1140 over the quarter.
Anyfin had fluctuating weekly downloads, reaching a high of 140 in early February but dropping to 23 by the end of March. The app did not report any revenue figures.
Splitwise showed a steady revenue stream, peaking at $211 in late February. Downloads varied between 52 and 93, and active users saw a slight rise from 661 to 572.
Monefy - Budget & Expenses app experienced a peak in weekly revenue at $152 in mid-January, with downloads ranging from 37 to 123. Active users slightly decreased from 888 to 709 during the quarter.
