In the first quarter of 2024, the top five PVP games on the Android platform in Brazil demonstrated diverse trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, reveals intriguing insights into the performance of each game.
Roblox started the quarter strong with weekly downloads peaking at around 856K in early February. Despite a decline towards the end of March, it maintained significant traction, with downloads averaging above 500K per week. Revenue saw a downward trend from January, starting at $249K and dipping to approximately $130K by mid-March. Active users fluctuated but remained robust, averaging around 21M weekly.
Free Fire: 7th Anniversary experienced a notable spike in weekly downloads in late January, reaching approximately 849K. This was followed by a steady decline, with weekly downloads hovering around 414K by the end of March. Revenue showed a gradual decrease from $182K in early January to $121K in the final week of March. Active users consistently remained above 14M, showcasing strong engagement throughout the quarter.
Subway Surfers had a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads peaking at 554K in mid-February. However, downloads dropped to about 226K by the end of March. Revenue reflected a similar trend, starting at $2.9K in early January and declining to around $1.4K by late March. Active users showed slight fluctuations but stayed strong, averaging around 12M weekly.
Stumble Guys saw a peak in weekly downloads at 350K in early January, followed by a dip to about 184K in mid-March, before rebounding to 287K at the end of the quarter. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at $77K in the first week of January and decreasing to $37K by the end of March. Active users showed a slight decline, averaging around 900K weekly.
Pou maintained a steady download rate throughout the quarter, with a peak of 294K in late January and a slight dip to 210K by the end of March. Revenue remained relatively stable, fluctuating between $800 and $1.4K. Active users saw a gradual decline from 11.7M in early January to around 10.2M by the end of March.
