Top 5 Shopping Apps on Android in Ukraine: Q1 2024

Throughout the first quarter of 2024, the shopping app market in Ukraine on the Android platform experienced dynamic shifts. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the top five apps: AliExpress, ATB-MARKET, Prom.ua — інтернет-покупки, Shafa.ua - сервіс оголошень, and ROZETKA — Online marketplace.

AliExpress saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads. Starting the quarter with approximately 44.8K downloads, there was a notable peak in the week of March 11, reaching around 74.5K. Active users for the app remained relatively stable, starting at 1.56M and ending the quarter at approximately 1.5M.

ATB-MARKET demonstrated a remarkable increase in weekly downloads, especially from the week of March 4, where downloads surged to approximately 105.2K. This increase was mirrored in active user numbers, which grew from 34.2K at the beginning of the quarter to about 85K by the end of March.

Prom.ua — інтернет-покупки experienced consistent weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 24K to 34K. Active user trends showed a gradual decline from around 634K in early January to approximately 537K by the end of the quarter.

Shafa.ua - сервіс оголошень maintained a steady download rate, starting the quarter at 26.5K and peaking at over 33K in mid-January. The number of active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating around 120K to 130K throughout the quarter.

ROZETKA — Online marketplace showed a downward trend in weekly downloads, starting at 31.9K and ending at 17.5K. Active users also saw a slight decline, from around 771K in early January to approximately 698K by the end of March.
